Westflux Secures NIWA Permits for Delta LNG Project Site Development at Akarai-Aboh

We are pleased to announce that we have obtained another key regulatory approval, this one is  from the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), marking a major milestone in our project rollout at Akarai-Aboh.

The permits granted include:

• Right of Way Permit
• Dredging / Access Permit
• Permit to Commence Site Development within NIWA’s Right of Way

These approvals enable us to move forward with site preparation activities and reinforce our commitment to full regulatory compliance, responsible development and operational readiness.

This achievement follows the successful signing of the GMOU with the Akarai-Aboh Community Leaders and demonstrates continued progress in stakeholder alignment and project execution.
