Thrilling Project Update: Westflux Secures License to Establish (LTE) for its Delta LNG Project

We bring you some progress update our gas plant project! A while back, Westflux Integrated Services Ltd officially received the License to Establish (LTE) from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).

What is the LTE?

The License to Establish is a formal regulatory approval granted by the NMDPRA. It authorizes a company to set up a new facility or infrastructure within Nigeria’s midstream or downstream petroleum sector. In essence, the LTE gives the green light to commence development works in line with approved designs and plans.
