Advisor/Lead/Senior Project Engineers

Job Summary
Westflux Integrated Services Limited is seeking seasoned Advisor/Lead/Senior Project Engineers to lead the planning, design, estimation, and execution of oil and gas facility projects. This role requires a technically skilled, experienced professional with strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities to oversee complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end engineering process for oil and gas projects, including scoping, conceptual design, cost estimation, and field development planning.
- Develop and coordinate project proposals, manage submissions, clarify requirements, and interface with stakeholders.
- Supervise and approve facility modifications, installations, decommissioning, and related engineering works.
- Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with and manage external consultants, engineering firms, and construction support.
- Provide technical and commercial input during contract negotiation and execution.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and field operations.
- Ensure all engineering work complies with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
- Travel to field locations as necessary to support project execution and inspection.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by management with flexibility and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12 – 20+ years of engineering experience in oil and gas, with a strong background in design, cost estimation, and project execution.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through closeout.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and contracting.
- Skilled in reading and creating engineering documents such as block flow diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, and datasheets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, work independently, and deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate technical content for various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with engineering/project management software is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited institution.
